Answered honestly — not in marketing-speak.

Who is this for?

Contract Platform is built for Filipino freelancers — developers, designers, writers, consultants, anyone who bills clients directly. If you send quotes, draft contracts, and chase invoices, this is for you. We're not a law firm and we're not a payment processor; we're the tool that handles the paperwork in between.

Is it really free during beta?

Yes. Every feature is unlocked — unlimited contracts, unlimited clients, unlimited invoices, the client portal, payment tracking, everything. No credit card. No time limit tied to a specific date. When we launch paid tiers later, your existing data stays yours and we'll give plenty of notice before anything changes. Drop your email below and we'll tell you when that happens.

Who owns my data? Can I export it?

You own it. Every contract, invoice, client, and payment record is yours. Export your entire workspace as JSON from Settings → Data whenever you want. If you leave us, you leave with everything you put in.

What currencies does it support, and does it handle PH VAT?

Philippine Peso is the default currency, with peso formatting throughout. You can toggle VAT per invoice line item — useful for BIR-registered clients. USD, EUR, and a few other currencies are supported for international work, but PH VAT logic only applies to PHP invoices.

How do clients pay me through this?

We generate the contract and the invoice, and we track when you've been paid — but we are NOT a payment processor. Your client pays you through whatever method you already use (bank transfer, GCash, Wise, PayPal, Stripe). You record the payment in the dashboard and the invoice reconciles. A built-in payment processor may come later; for now, we stay out of the money flow.

What happens when I leave the beta or cancel?

Your data stays. You keep access to export everything as JSON. Contracts you've already sent to clients remain valid (they are PDF files — they don't depend on our servers to exist). If a paid plan launches and you choose not to subscribe, we'll announce the exact free-tier limits with plenty of lead time.
